Patrícia Timóteo
Born in Funchal on Madeira Island in 1974.
She got involved since childhood with canoeing and later with aikido.
Her artistic career begins with performing arts at CEM, Trampolim (AIC) and Forum Dança.
She studied visual arts at Maumaus (independent study program 2010) and at Ar.co (advanced painting course 2017).
She is also a scientific graduate in Medicine and Psychoanalysis.
She has carried out several projects in the area of performing arts and has collaborated with the composer Alessandro Bosetti (Acqua Sfocata, O Museu como Performance, Serralves, 2017), and with several choreographers such as Loic Touzé (Around the Table): for an imaginary of the gesture, production of O Rumo do Fumo/Teatro Maria Matos, Carpe Diem 2016), Ana Borralho and João Galante (sexy MF, Temps D'Images, Culturgest, 2007 and Teatro Maria Matos, 2008) and with Amélia Bentes (Coimbra Capital of Culture Night, 2003). She also worked with Júlio Dolbeth, solo in a video performance for Ricardo Dourado (Fall 2005 and Summer 2005, Moda Lisboa). She participated in the Luís Buchinho Parade (Fall 2004 and FAll 2005, Moda Lisboa).
