Ana Luísa Ribeiro

Born in Lisbon. Lives and works in Cologne, Lisbon and Berlin.

1981/86 - Biochemistry Studies, Coimbra and Lisbon Universities.

1988/92 - Painting Studies Program, Ar.Co., Lisbon.

1993 - Exchange Student at the Royal College of Art, London. Travel Scholarship (from the American Foundation) to the U.S.A.

1994 - Study Travels to Japan and Australia.

1994/95 - MA in Fine Art, Goldsmiths College, University of London (Scholarship from the Gulbenkian Foundation, Lisbon).

Since October 2009 holder of the Portuguese arts award “Amadeu de Sousa Cardoso “.
