David Correia Gonçalves

Graduated in Digital Arts & Multimedia at ESAD, Oporto in 2010 and in 2013 concluded the course of Visual Arts at Arco, Lisbon.

His work is on the borderline between drawing and sculpture. Driven by an enormous interest in the production process and the understanding of how things work in the natural world - animal vegetable mineral, he thinks with his hands, experimenting. The production of the work is already a part of the piece, there is always a conscious feeling of movement/dance that gives value to this time of doing. This movement is felt in the way he presents the work.
